WHO ARE WE?
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine equal parts hard work, head-in-the-cloud dreams, and stubbornness. Sift all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, combine resilience, passion, and a tendency to get pedantic. Add dry ingredients to bowl and mix until thoroughly combined. Pour into whatever baking pan you have on hand and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from pan and let rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle a bit of manic energy over the top, and you have the Hadfield brothers.

Best served with friends and family, a few shots of tequila, and approximately 4 hours of heated conversation. You can choose the topic next time you're at the bar.

These guys have more years of combined restaurant experience than either of them have been alive. To be honest, we're not sure if that's good or bad.
